  • I do personally think it’s objectively funnier to save all the trippy Odin and magic mushroom stuff until after Basim is in the animus just to fuck with him, so then he’s just having to grapple with Eivor’s obsession with “just eat it” and “is food shaped, goes in body”

    Basim “finally I’ll know the secrets of odin’s mind” not knowing that Eivor denied Odin access as a vessel, just before he arrived at the world tree and was strung up for 2000 years, getting access to Eivor’s memories after the fact. And then experiencing all of her remaining life without a shred of Odin’s influence, just to discover she has access to Odin’s memories through drug trip dream sequences and mushroom induced hallucinations will forever be one of the funniest things to me.
